If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Free Shipping to your House and in-set Assembly Policy for Domestic Shipping NI Furniture cares about every customer’s shopping experience, so we consider our shipping service as important as we consider the quality of our products. The shipping policy is as follows: After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 15 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Local Delivery Free local delivery is available. Deliveries are made from 15 to 30 days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the day of the product arrival. Now we have two warehouses located in Miami¬† Miami Warehouse: 1905 NW 93rd Ave, Doral, FL 33172. In-store Pickup Sorry, now we do not allow in-store pick-up. International Shipping: Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Additional Information: For those customers who live on high floors, additional fees will be charged for in-site assembly service. There might be some potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes NI Furniture is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages NI Furniture is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
